Brentford B play their first match of 2023 when they head to Erith & Belvedere in the Second Round of the London Senior Cup on Tuesday 10 January in a 7:45pm kick-off.

The young Bees have had a break in their fixtures over the Christmas period and they are now back in training ahead of an exciting second half of the campaign to come. They will be aiming to pick up where they left off in 2022 which saw them beat Peterborough United 2-0 away from home in the Premier League Cup.

The B Team will once again be aiming to go all the way in this season’s London Senior Cup competition as they meet an in form Erith side who sit top of the Premier Division in the Southern Counties East League. After 21 games the side have won 18 times with just one defeat in the league. They currently sit on 56 points- 21 points ahead of second place Rusthall.

Last time out Erith faced Hollands & Blair where they picked up a 4-0 win away from home. George Monger opened the scoring after just two minutes before goals from Nathan Palmer, Tunde Aderonmu and Tyrell Richardson-Brown ensured a convincing win for the side.
