Scoring three goals appears to be the ideal scenario for any team on the road, but it was not to be for Brentford who sadly fell to a 4-3 away defeat at Preston, leaving Thomas Frank still hungry for his first set of points. We head eastwards to Norwich next, in a tough encounter where a draw is priced at 9/4 at LeoVegas SPORT.

The Canaries have been quietly building momentum and climbing up the Championship table where they now occupy sixth place, sitting six points above The Bees.

Brentford's start against Preston was frantic, and midway through the first half the visitors found themselves three goals down with a mountain to climb. Perhaps the brightest positive to take was the fact that while the hit was felt, Brentford did begin the climb, reducing the deficit to the single goal close to the hour mark. The spirit shown, even at 4-2 down, was strong and with that extra sting we even see an away win this weekend, currently priced at 2/1.

Neal Maupay and Ollie Watkins were amongst the goals once again and overall Brentford matched Preston, The Bees secured the lion's share of possession in both halves but just couldn’t find an equaliser. Better concentration early on is required, and we've got the teams to enter the changing rooms at half time goalless available now at 2/1.

Maupay remains our favourite to find the net at 5/1 to score first, with Watkins available at 17/5 to score at any time. Last season, Brentford secured a 2-1 win at Carrow Road, and an identical result is yours at 9/1.

Leo's Tip: Following Wednesday's goal fest we've got both teams to score at 16/5

Prediction: Norwich 2-2 Brentford, priced at 11/1

Goalscorers: Neal Maupay, Championship top scorer with 11 goals and counting, is available at 5/1 to score first.
