Brentford play the first of three games on Tuesday afternoon against Ukrainian Premier League table toppers FC Kryvbas at the Pinatar Arena in a 4pm kick-off local time.

Neil MacFarlane’s side travelled out to Spain following their final Premier League Cup fixture against Leicester Under-21s on Friday night. The young Bees will now test themselves against senior opposition in the Mediterranean Cup with all fixtures being held at the Pinatar Arena.

About FC Kryvbas

The Ukrainian Premier League side currently sit top of the league after winning 10 of their 17 games.

The side’s last competitive fixture ended in a 2-2 draw against FC Zorya Luhansk with Oleh Kozhushko and Andrii Poniedielnik netting in the opening half.

Kozhushko is one to watch for Kryvbas with the forward the current leading goal scorer in the league with six goals whilst Tymur Stetskov is the top assister with five.

About FC Metalist

The young Bees will face Metalist in their second game of the Mediterranean Cup, 4pm kick-off local time. The side also ply their trade in the Ukrainian Premier League where there are placed 12th.

The side were promoted to the first division for the 2021/22 season finishing mid table in their previous two campaigns.

About Stjarnan

Stjarnan will be Brentford’s final match in Spain, the two sides will meet for a 12pm kick-off to cap off the Mediterranean Cup.

The side play in the Icelandic first division, Besta deild karla, the competition runs from April until October with Stjarnan finishing fourth in the most recent campaign.
