Brentford Women will hit the road for a third straight week on Sunday as they face Leyton Orient in the third round of the Capital Cup (2pm kick-off).

The Bees have started 2024 with back-to-back wins and will be looking to add a third to that streak at Buckhurst Hill Football Club at the weekend.

Karleigh Osborne’s side have been in fine form since an early December loss to Dulwich Hamlet Reserves, reeling off three wins in a row, scoring 10 goals across the three fixtures.

About Leyton Orient

Leyton Orient sit fourth in the Greater London Premier Division table, with six wins, a draw and one loss from their eight league games so far.

With three games to make up to table leaders Richmond and Kew, the O’s stand a strong chance of challenging for promotion across the second half of the season.

Leanne Bates has starred up front, scoring 11 goals from six appearances, while Liliana Almeida has netted six goals from 11 appearances.

Logie is now the equal second leading goal scorer in the league, her 15 goals trailing only Kendal Drake (16) from Sport London E Benfica.
