We want to give fans the best matchday experience possible. To help us do this, we are making a change to the policy relating to upgrading your Season Ticket.
At the moment, supporters are able to change the tariff of concession Season Tickets for a home fixture, such as upgrading a child ticket to an adult, by coming to the Box Office on matchdays.
This creates a significant amount of work for our Box Office team when they are already busy handling a large volume of enquiries on matchdays and leads to queues and delays for all supporters.
We want to free up our staff on matchdays to handle ticketing issues, cut queues and improve service levels for all fans.
We’re now encouraging all fans who wish to upgrade their Season Ticket for a game to call the Box Office on 0333 005 8521 prior to the matchday.
Any upgrades made prior to matchday will continue to be free of charge, but any Season Ticket upgrades at the Box Office will incur a new £5 administration charge from 26 December.
The £5 administration fee will be introduced per ticket for any upgrades made in-person at the Box Office on the day of the game from the Boxing Day game against Tottenham.
By calling in advance to change the tariff of your ticket, you can skip the queues, avoid the administration charge and get into the stadium faster. You’ll also be helping us to assist fellow supporters with their ticketing queries more quickly.
