Saturday's trip is sold out with the 5,900 Brentford fans making the trip being housed in The Shed End.
Fans are advised to travel to Stamford Bridge by public transport as there is very limited parking available on matchdays.
By Tube
The nearest London Underground station is Fulham Broadway, which is on the District Line, Wimbledon branch. From Fulham Broadway turn left out of the station onto the Fulham Road, walk 200 metres, and the Stadium will be on your left.
Earls Court Station is around a 20 minute walk away. From the Warwick Road exit turn left and walk down the A3220 for 0.8 miles then turn right onto the Fulham Road and the stadium will be 200 metres down the road on your right.
West Brompton Station, which is served by London Overground services from Clapham Junction, is around 15 minutes from Stamford Bridge. Turn right out of the station and turn right again to walk through Brompton Cemetery. When you reach the Fulham Road turn right and the stadium will be 300 metres away on your right.
By Road
To get to Stamford Bridge by road, take the A4 to Earls Court Road, the A3220. Go past Earls Court Station and continue until Fulham Road, the A304. Turn right and the ground is on the right.
There are often road closures around Stamford Bridge on a match day and there is very limited parking.
Travel by coach
Coaches will depart at 1.15pm from the Layton Road Car Park, prices £10 for all travellers.
