Brentford Football Club is currently experience difficulties in sending items in the post.

An online mailing system allowing the club to send items by tracked post has been down for the past week.

This means the Club cannot send out 2013/14 Season Tickets or any items from The Bees Superstore – including the new adidas Brentford FC replica home kit.

The Club is currently working on a solution but supporters who have ordered items from www.brentforddirect.co.uk will find they take longer than usual to be delivered.

The postage of Season Tickets has also been delayed but these will be sent out in time for the opening home game of the League One season.

The postage of match tickets has not been affected.

The Club would like to apologise for the delay – which is out of its control – and is working to get items sent as soon as possible.

Supporters wanting to buy Brentford FC adidas products are reminded that The Bees Superstore is open from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday and on match days.

Any Season Ticket Holders using their £10 discount voucher at The Bees Superstore are reminded that it needs to be filled in prior to arriving at the tills in order to speed up service for all customers.
