Brentford FC has today submitted and published its annual gender pay gap report for 2023.
The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women across a workforce.
It does not show differences in pay for comparable jobs. It is different from an equal pay gap, which refers to men and women being paid differently for the same or similar work.
The gender pay gap calculations are based on the club’s payroll data from the snapshot date of April 5 2023 and provides an explanation of the club’s figures, its approach to recruitment and its inclusion policies.
