Brentford's mid-season survey is now open, and fans are invited to share their views on a range of topics related to their experience of supporting the club.
The survey is one of two extended club surveys per season where fans can provide feedback.
Whether they have attended a match or not, all supporters are encouraged to share their views in the survey, which covers a range of topics, including matchday experience, retail, food and beverage and communication from the club.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and closes at 5pm on Friday 31 January. Those who complete the survey have the chance to enter a prize draw to win two premium hospitality tickets for the Bees' Premier League home fixture against Everton on Tuesday 25 February.
Fan and community relations director Sally Stephens said: “As we grow as a club, it’s important that we continue to work closely with our fans. We want to hear the views of supporters to understand what is working well and what requires improvement.
“We take fan feedback seriously and it helps us to prioritise how we can continue to improve as a club. Surveys like this drive real change in the club such as improving incident reporting in the stadium which was fed back by our fans.”
Results from our 2023/24 end-of-season survey
In May 2024, the club conducted its end-of-season survey for the 2023/24 season. Overall, the results showed that supporters were highly satisfied with the club, were likely to recommend coming to games, and felt they were offered value for money.
Fans felt that the new Ticketmaster ticketing system has improved the club’s ticket exchange process. As an important part of the Every Seat Counts policy, the club are glad to see that are supporters feeling the benefits.
Bees supporters felt ongoing improvements were needed to address away fans in home areas. Numerous steps have been taken to address this problem. The club listed out the measures adopted to tackle ticket touting in May 2024, which includes policing any suspicious booking or sales behaviour, and monitoring unauthorised reseller websites.
The club are taking decisive action against any fans who are involved in ticket touting, which can result in memberships being revoked and extended club bans. The ticketing policy has also been amended this season so that the club can review ticket access points (TAPs) limits for bigger games or where added security is needed.
Fans are encouraged to list their season ticket or premium seats on the club’s official ticket exchange to give Brentford members the opportunity to purchase them online and not offer tickets via any groups online as they remain responsible for the behaviour of fans that they pass tickets onto via non-official channels.
Results from the end-of-year survey showed that the range of food and beverages offered at Gtech Community Stadium is an area that fans would like to see improved. To address this, the club expanded the food and drink range offered on the BeeOrder app, where fans can pre-order their choices from a wider menu for collection pre-match. The BeeOrder app also caters for those who have specific dietary requirements.
The club are continuing to work with its food and drink fan working group and catering partner to discuss and agree ongoing improvements around food and drink options and continued improvements to service times at the Gtech.
Over the course of the season, the club will highlight improvements and changes being introduced through the BeesVoice campaign. The campaign focuses on how the club continues to listen and engage with fans and works hard to make supporters' suggestions a reality.
