Brentford FC has extended its strategic partnership with Sports Interactive.

The renewal of the agreement, first launched in 2022, will see Football Manager sponsor the club’s matchday predictor competitions, along with FM branding appearing in-stadia at Gtech Community Stadium.

The continuation of this partnership also provides Sports Interactive with access to matchday experiences, player appearances for social and digital content and official merchandise for giveaways.

Brentford FC’s head of partnerships Adam Ward said: “We had a fantastic first season working with Football Manager, which included head coach Thomas Frank giving a fascinating mini tactical masterclass as part of Sport Interactive’s internal FootTalks series.

“Our supporters are always at the core of our activities and Football Manager has also offered us a number of opportunities to engage with them, including giving away a number of copies of the game. We are really looking forward to seeing this partnership develop in its second season.”

Richard Trafford, head of partnerships and business development at Sports Interactive, added: “We’re delighted that Brentford will remain an official SI club partner for the coming season.

“Our first year working together was a great success. On the pitch, the club was hugely impressive, finishing the season in ninth and the only club to do a domestic double over champions Manchester City.

“Off it, our highlight was interviewing Thomas Frank at the Brentford training ground for our FootTalks series. He provided fantastic insight that will help the whole studio with the development of our future games.

“Heading into a second year of partnership, we’re very excited about the potential opportunities at our disposal and everyone at Sports Interactive wishes Thomas and the team all the best for the campaign ahead.”
