The Premier League 2023/24 season begins in just a few weeks.
Here is some essential information for Brentford’s season ticket holders, premium seat holders and members to get ready for the new campaign.
Your season ticket card
Season ticket holders can expect to receive their physical season ticket card in the post before the season begins.
Welcome packs
Based on feedback from fans, and in line with our commitment to affordable, sustainable football, we have made some changes to welcome packs for this season. Adult season ticket holders and members will no longer receive a physical welcome pack but will instead have access to a range of exclusive digital benefits.
Premium seat holders will receive a new-look welcome pack which will be dispatched at the start of the season. Our young fans (under 18) will also receive a welcome pack that makes them proud to support the Bees with a focus on sustainability.
Digital cards
Season ticket holders and premium seat holders will also have the opportunity to download a digital version of their card.
You will soon receive an email from Ticketmaster on how to download the card, which will provide instructions on downloading digital cards to Apple Wallets or Google Wallets on smartphones.
If you have a query about digital season tickets and cards, please view our FAQs (under the digital tickets troubleshooting guide).
‘Every seat counts’ policy
This season Brentford’s new 'every seat counts' policy comes into action.
This involves a new yellow card system. If a season ticket holder or premium seat holder fails to use their ticket for a league match, they will get a yellow card. If they get four yellow cards by the next renewal date in March 2024, they will lose the automatic right to renew their season ticket for 2024/25.
To avoid getting a yellow card, season ticket holders must 'use' their ticket by performing one of the following actions:
Attend the match and have the season ticket card or digital season ticket scanned
Transfer the ticket to another Brentford supporter, and the recipient scans their ticket
List the ticket on the Ticket Exchange prior to 10am on the day of the match
Your seat sells on the Ticket Exchange, even if you miss the 10am deadline
Exemptions will apply to fans with carers and those under the age of 18. All decisions will be subject to an appeals process. Read our FAQs and watch our explainer video to understand all the details about our ‘every seat counts’ policy.
Can’t attend a match? Transfer or upgrade your ticket to your friends and family: coming soon
If you cannot attend a match, you will have the ability to transfer your season ticket or premium seat on a match-by-match basis. If you would like to update a concession season ticket to a higher tariff, you will also be able to do this on Ticketmaster.
Information on how to do this will be available ahead of the start of the season.
