Brentford's quarterly fan survey is now open, with supporters invited to share their views on matchday experience and interactions with us.

The survey, which closes at 5pm on 17 March, helps us to measure performance off the field and is an important part of guiding and measuring our strategy.

Feedback from fans is crucial in helping us continuously improve what we do and how we engage with supporters.

We’re seeking opinions in a range of areas including experiences at matches, purchasing tickets, support for the west London community and how valued fans feel. This survey is a shortened version of our end-of-season survey and mid-season survey.

Our last mid-season survey highlighted an overall positivity around matchdays and the quality of stewarding, as well as how inclusive the club feels. It also showed how well received our work in the local community is.

Following the results, we are now working towards improving our food and beverage offering in the Gtech Community Stadium and have also informed our work in the community such as an increasing focus on women and girl’s football.

Sally Stephens, Brentford’s fan and community relations director, said: “We were delighted recently to be voted the best matchday experience in the Premier League by our fans for the second season running.

"We know we can always do better though and listening to their views is the best way to do that.

"We’re grateful to everyone who takes the time to provide feedback and helps us prioritise where we can improve the experience of our fans at the Gtech Community Stadium going forwards.”

The survey opens today and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Responses will be anonymous.

Fans who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a 2022/23 Brentford shirt signed by the men’s first-team squad.

All Bees fans are invited to complete the survey whether or not they’ve attended a match.
