Daniel Oyegoke has returned to Brentford from his loan with Sky Bet League One side MK Dons.
The England youth international joined the Dons in the summer of 2022 after helping the Young Lions to win the Under-19 European Championships. Whilst with MK Daniel featured 18 times in all competitions for the club, 13 of which came in the league.
As Daniel returns to West London, MK currently sit 23rd in the league table and were beaten last time out by Plymouth Argyle, which followed a defeat to Peterborough United and a home win over Forest Green Rovers on Boxing Day.
Daniel arrived at Brentford in the summer of 2021 from Arsenal and he had an impressive first campaign working under Neil MacFarlane within the B Team set up. His debut season with the Bees saw him register 24 appearances for Brentford B before he headed out to Slovakia with England for the European Championships, helping the side to lift the trophy by beating Israel in the final of the competition. Daniel then linked up with Brentford’s travelling squad in the summer of 2022 for their pre-season trip to Germany ahead of his move to Stadium MK in late July.
