Latvia are the most successful nation in the Under-19 Baltic Cup's short history, having won the tournament on five occasions, and begin their campaign against Estonia in Šiauliai on Wednesday 6 June.
The following day they take on defending champions, and hosts, Lithuania in Panevežysi before their final game, back in Šiauliai, against Finland Under-18 on Sunday 9 June.
The 18-year-old made his debut for Latvia in March and was also called up to a week-long training camp in Riga earlier this month.
David made 24 appearances for Kevin O'Connor's B Team this season, scoring once. The left-back, who joined the club in 2015, also agreed an 18-month deal in December, extending his stay in West London until summer 2019.
