Brentford midfielder Myles Peart-Harris has joined Sky Bet League One leaders Portsmouth on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old made his Premier League debut against Luton Town earlier this campaign and has since gone on to make a further two appearances for Thomas Frank’s side in the top tier.
He also played a combined 103 minutes in the Bees’ FA Cup third-round games against Wolverhampton Wanderers earlier this month.
Peart-Harris will return to the third tier after a successful loan spell with Forest Green Rovers last season, where he featured 47 times in all competitions and scored six goals.
Born in Isleworth, Peart-Harris began his youth career with Bedfont Green, before moving into the Chelsea Academy at the age of eight.
The midfielder signed his first professional contract with the Blues in September 2019 and finished the 2020/21 season as the Development Squad’s joint-top scorer.
Peart-Harris departed Cobham for Brentford in July 2021 and has since made seven appearances for the club.
He joined League One club Forest Green on loan, initially until January 2023, before a successful first half of the season - which saw him make 25 appearances and score four goals - saw it extended until the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
He ended his time in Nailsworth with 40 appearances in League One, scoring five times and providing four assists.
The centre-midfielder has been involved in the Bees’ first-team squad on nine occasions in the Premier League this term, making three late substitute appearances.
He has now joined John Mousinho’s Portsmouth until the end of the season, as the current League One leaders aim to win promotion to the Championship.
