Tariqe Fosu and Joel Valencia will both leave Brentford when their contracts expire on 30 June.
Both players have been on loan throughout the 2022/23 campaign and will be free to seek new opportunities over the summer.
Fosu signed for the Bees from Oxford United in January 2020 and has gone on to make 63 appearances and score five goals for the club.
The midfielder played 39 times in the club’s promotion-winning season in 2020/21, scoring four goals and providing four assists, which included a winner against AFC Bournemouth at the Gtech Community Stadium at the end of December.
He continued that good form into January, when he was nominated for the PFA Fans' Championship Player of the Month award, having netted twice in three league matches.
Fosu made his Premier League debut as a late substitute in a 2-1 defeat to Leicester City in March 2022.
The 27-year-old spent the first half of this season on loan at Sky Bet Championship side Stoke City, before a January loan move to Rotherham United, where he made 19 appearances and helped keep the Millers in the second tier.
Valencia joined Brentford from Polish side Piast Gliwice ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
The Ecuadorian went on to make 24 appearances for the Bees, scoring one goal - a powerful strike from outside the penalty area in a 3-0 win against Reading in June 2020.
Valencia spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Legia Warsaw, before temporary switches to Spanish side AD Alcorcon and Dutch outfit De Graafschap during the 2021/22 and 2022/23 campaigns, respectively.
Brentford director of football Phil Giles said: “On behalf of everyone at Brentford, I’d like to thank both Tariqe and Joel for the work they have put in with us over recent seasons.
"Tariqe, in particular, made a big contribution during our promotion season. His adaptability to multiple positions meant he was able to give us something at both ends of the pitch. All of the players who helped us get promoted in 2021 should be fondly remembered by all Brentford fans, and that very much applies to Tariqe.
"I think it's fair to say that Joel struggled a little bit to adapt to English football, especially the more physical nature of the game here. This limited his game time with us and, in recent years, he has been very unlucky with injuries too, meaning he hasn’t got as many minutes as he would’ve wanted.
"However, whenever called upon, he made a contribution, in particular with that goal at Reading, and was a positive influence around our younger players at the training ground whenever he found himself out of the team.
"Both Joel and Tariqe will be welcome visitors back to Brentford in future, and we wish them both well in their future careers.”
It has already been announced that Pontus Jansson and Saman Ghoddos will also leave the club upon the expiration of their contracts this summer.
Club captain Jansson has signed for boyhood club Malmo ahead of next season.
Charlie Goode, Halil Dervisoglu, Mads Bidstrup, Mads Bech, Ellery Balcombe, Myles Peart-Harris and Paris Maghoma will all return to the club following the conclusion of their loan spells.
All other Brentford players are under contract for the 2023/24 Premier League season, including Sergi Canos, who had a one-year option on his contract taken up.
