Brentford take on Brighton in the first game of the Gameweek 11, so make sure you get your team sorted by Friday's 6:30pm deadline.
The Seagulls travel to West London on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Tottenham last weekend, after another goal from FPL Team of the Season striker Harry Kane.
But who should be in your side this week?
Brentford
Vitaly Janelt - £5.5m
Vitaly Janelt came on at half-time of our 5-1 defeat against Newcastle last weekend and showed some positive signs for the Bees.
The midfielder has one goal and one assist in 524 minutes this season, having headed home the equaliser against Leeds at the Gtech Community Stadium in August.
He is Brentford's second-highest-scoring midfielder (26) behind Mathias Jensen (32) and, with Brighton potentially without the influential Moises Caicedo in the centre of the pitch, Janelt could add to his FPL points tally on Friday.
Kristoffer Ajer - £4.5m
Having missed the start of the season due to injury, Kristoffer Ajer has now started all of the Bees' last four games.
The centre-back has been posting some decent numbers when it comes to tackles, interceptions and clearances, as well as recording a clean sheet against Bournemouth on Gameweek 9.
Ajer is also a threat from set-pieces and, with Brentford third for both set-piece shots and xG (Expected Goals), the 6ft6 Norweigan will be keen to get on the scoresheet for the first time this campaign.
Best of the rest
Bukayo Saka - £7.8m
Arsenal remained at the top of the Premier League after another win last weekend, as they defeated Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.
Bukayo Saka scored twice for the Gunners, taking his season total to three goals and four assists. He also now sits second when it comes to FPL points won by Arsenal players this season (54), just behind midfield partner Gabriel Martinelli (55).
Mikel Arteta's side take on Leeds this Sunday, a team who Saka has a great record against, having never lost to the Yorkshire outfit (five wins, one draw).
Gianluca Scamacca - £6.7m
West Ham's summer signing Gianluca Scamacca is beginning to find his feet in East London and has now scored in each of his last three games in all competitions.
He now has six goals for David Moyes' side this season and will be keen to add to that when they visit Southampton on Sunday.
The Saints have lost four games on the spin and hover just above the relegation zone.
Wildcards
Mason Mount - £7.6m
Chelsea's 2-0 win over AC Milan on Tuesday was their fourth on the bounce since Graham Potter was appointed as head coach earlier this season.
One player, in particular, stood out at the San Siro - Mason Mount. The midfielder won the penalty that was converted by Jorginho, before finding the back of the net himself later in the first half.
The England international has already scored 27 points this season and will fancy his chances of increasing that when the Blues take on an out-of-form Aston Villa in the Midlands on Saturday.

Ebere Eze - £5.5m
Another player who has impressed recently is Crystal Palace's Ebere Eze. The midfielder scored a late winner against Leeds United last Sunday and is now a crucial part of Patrick Vieira's side.
In that Leeds clash, the former QPR man scored, had three shots, two key passes and two successful dribbles, which saw him pick up ten points in Gameweek 10.
He is only four points behind team-mate Wilfried Zaha - who is £1.9m more expensive than Eze - so, ahead of Palace's game against a Leicester side that are bottom of the league with one win in nine games, the 24-year-old should definitely be worth considering.
