Trials will take place next month for female footballers who want to join Brentford FC Community Sports Trust's Football Development Centre. The Trust are giving opportunities to join the FDC for the second half of the season. Potential footballers will be put through their paces at Hampton High School on Monday 4 April. It starts at 5pm.
Players will participate in a two-hour training session consisting of one hour of technical practices and one hour of conditioned small-sided games. Those who are successfull will be invited to join the programme. See more here and below.
Brentford FC Community Sports Trust’s football programme offers young people of any ability and those with potential, an opportunity to receive a high-quality football education experience, enabling them to improve in a player-centred environment. Participants have the opportunity to attend weekly training sessions at multiple venues, delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaching staff and represent Brentford FC in a structured development match programme against other professional club Trusts including Fulham, Ipswich Town, Oxford United and Reading. Matches take place during the holiday periods and do not conflict across participants ‘grassroots football’ commitments.
