Brentford striker Ivan Toney has been picked out as an option for Fantasy Premier League Managers next season. Over the summer, The Scout - who writes about Fantasy Premier League for the Premier League - is looking at players that may be useful for the upcoming 2022/23 campaign. Ivan was on his list.
The Scout has been looking at players who may provide value for money next season. Ivan scored 12 Premier League goals in 2021/22, the majority of them in the second half of the campaign. The Scout said that makes him a target for FPL bosses.
Ivan Toney had managed only four goals and two assists in the first 19 Gameweeks following Brentford's promotion," writes The Scout, in a piece here. "He then proceeded to score eight more times over the final 19 Gameweeks, ranking third among forwards. Toney's 44 shots in the box also placed third in his position from Gameweek 20 onwards, while his 24 key passes were the second-most in his position."
Everyone involved in Fantasy Premier League is preparing for next season. You can join in next season and play in classic leagues, with total points deciding the rankings, or take part in head-to-head leagues, where managers duel each Gameweek, earning three points for a win and one for a draw.
