Starting in Sky Bet League One, AFC Wimbledon came from behind to draw 2-2 with Sheffield Wednesday. Aaron Pressley played 29 minutes after coming on in the second half to help the side to come back from falling two goals behind.

Lee Gregory had put Wednesday in the ascendancy with two strikes, one in each half, but The Dons hit back through Nesta Guinness-Walker on 67 minutes. Jack Rudoni then confirmed a point for the side when he finished six minutes from time. The side are now 17th in League One and travel to Lincoln City on Tuesday night.

In the same division, Ellery Balcombe was an unused substitute for Burton Albion in their 3-2 home win over Morecambe. The away side took the lead on three minutes through Liam Gibson but Burton responded immediately with a goal from Thomas O’Connor. Conor Shaughnessy then made it 2-1 to Albion on 14 minutes before O’Connor added another four minutes after the break. Cole Stockton netted late for Morecambe but Burton claimed the points. They will travel to Fleetwood on Tuesday and currently sit eighth in the league table.

In Sky Bet League Two, Alex Gilbert was an unused substitute for Swindon Town in their 2-2 draw with Rochdale. Ben Gladwin put Swindon ahead on 37 minutes but two second half strikes seemed enough for Rochdale to have claimed the three points, but for a stoppage time finish from Jonny Williams. They travel to Sutton United on Tuesday and sit sixth in the league table.

In Scotland there was another 90 minutes for Jaakko Oksanen in the colours of Greenock Morton but they were beaten 2-0 away at Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Inverness extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Championship with goals from Billy Mckay and Michael Gardyne. Next up for Morton is a fixture away from home against Queen of the South.

In Turkey Halil Dervişoğlu played the first hour for Galatasaray in their 1-0 win over Konyaspor. Mostafa Mohamed grabbed the game’s only goal after just four minutes. The side are fifth in the league table and face Lokomotiv Moscow on Thursday in the Europa League.

Patrik Gunnarsson missed VIking FK’s 1-0 win over Strømsgodset through suspension. The only goal of the game came just prior to the 30-minute mark through Kristoffer Løkberg. The side are currently fifth in the Eliteserien.
