Ryan Trevitt has become the 24th player to be added to the Robert Rowan First Team debut board after making his senior bow against Colchester United in the Carabao Cup in August.
The B Team midfielder joined the ranks in January 2021 from Leatherhead and has steadily progressed with the side working under Neil MacFarlane and his staff and earned the call from Thomas Frank and his staff as a second half substitute against the Sky Bet League Two team.
The Robert Rowan First Team Debut Board pays tribute to our former Technical Director who sadly passed away in 2018. Robert played a key role in Brentford B’s formation.
Every B Team player who has made a debut for the First Team from Brentford B is recognised by having their name added to the board to celebrate the achievement.
Shortly after making his debut for the side, Ryan said: “I found out the day before that I’d be in the squad which I was very happy about. I travelled with everyone and was part of the meetings. I got told to warm up and then Thomas called me and Ivan (Toney) over. That was the moment that I realised I was going to come on, it happened pretty quickly but I was just so happy to get on.
“The main focus is to get on the pitch and do your job which is all I was focused on at the time. It went so quickly but I really enjoyed it. The little taste I’ve had just makes me hungry for more.”
