When we launched the new website in the summer, we introduced the plan to move to a single sign-on solution.
From this week, fans will be invited to register for single sign-on by verifying their accounts.
A single sign-on solution means that fans only have to log in once, with the same details for ticketing, video, Bees Store and the Brentford FC App. All details and communication preferences will be managed in one place.
In order to register for this, and to take full advantage of everything the new website has to offer, all fans will be required to set up their Bees account using their current ticketing account email address.
This is a one-off task that will allow you to log in to the new website and update your details. Your existing log-ins for ticketing, the shop and the app will remain the same as they are now until 31 October.
Every registered fan will receive an email from the Club inviting them to set up a new Bees account.
A small test group of fans will receive this on 17 October
All season ticket holders and members will have received the email on 21 October
All remaining registered fans will receive their email on 24 October
Please check your inbox and junk folders to make sure you don’t miss this vital information. To ensure you receive these emails, make sure you have added [email protected] to your safe senders list.
On 31 October log-ins will switch to single sign-on. From this date you must have reset your password before you can buy Tickets, merchandise or log into the Brentford FC App. You will need to use your new Bees account login details from this point.
If you have any problems creating your password, please read our FAQs and how to guides. If you are still having problems, please contact [email protected]
