There are now only a few spaces left for young footballers that fancy their chances of winning a professional contract at Brentford Football Club’s open trials.
The Club’s Academy is running a two-day trial for players aged 16 to 21 on December 13 and 14 with morning and afternoon sessions.
Eligible players are those born between September 1 1992 and August 31 1998.
There are now no spaces left for outfield players in the Under-19 to Under-21 age range, on Sunday December 14.
Anyone who sends in an application for those sessions now will have their fee returned or a cheque destroyed.
There are three spots for Under-19 to Under-21 goalkeepers in both the morning and afternoon sessions.
The sessions on Saturday December 13, for players in the Under-16 to Under-18 groups are also filling fast, with the afternoon session particularly limited.
Anyone interested is advised to secure their spot soon.
The trial will see players put through their paces at Brentford’s Jersey Road Training Ground.
All players will get training with the coaching team at Brentford’s Category Two Football Academy, working with some of the finest development coaches in London.
Every attendee will also be exposed to match scenarios.
There will be individual written feedback after the game and the best will be invited to play in a match against Brentford's Elite Academy Squad.
Anyone who reaches the required level will be invited back for further training with the chance to earn a professional contract with Brentford FC.
In the past two years five players have been invited to train with Brentford for a week and given a chance to earn a full-time professional deal after impressing on the trial.
A £40 fee will be charged for the trial.
More information is available on the Open Trial flyer - Brentford FC Open Trials December 2014.
Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis so book early to avoid disappointment.
