It is not advised to travel by car

We advise supporters not to drive to Emirates Stadium, where possible.

The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive event day parking scheme in operation. Any cars parked illegally will be towed away.

Accessible parking is available for Blue Badge holders and must be booked in advance. These spaces are limited and may be fully booked already. Contact Brentford’s fan engagement team for support in booking accessible parking: [email protected].

Please note that you will not be able to exit the car park for up to an hour after the end of the game due to matchday road closures.

Ticketing information

For any ticketing enquiries on matchday, the box office is situated next to the Armoury Store on the west side of the stadium.

Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Arsenal by the Brentford box office. Please contact Brentford's box office with any enquiries ahead of the matchday.

If you’re collecting your ticket at the Emirates, please remember to bring ID.

Your matchday at the Emirates

Please note that the designated away pub outside the Emirates, the Drayton Arms, is currently closed for refurbishment. Fans are advised to drink away from the Islington area.

The away supporters’ area is located at entrances K and L in the southeast corner of Emirates Stadium. Turnstiles open two hours prior to kick-off.

For fans with accessibility requirements, please refer to the Emirates Stadium accessibility guide for matchday information.

Refreshments are available in the away supporters’ area at Emirates Stadium from two hours before kick-off. There is an early bird special on offer up to 45 minutes before kick-off, where you will be able to purchase a pie and pint/large soft drink for £5.

There are no cash machines inside Emirates Stadium so if you wish to purchase refreshments you are advised to bring cash. Queues to pay by card are sometimes significantly longer. ATM machines can be found by the Tesco on Drayton Park and next to the Arsenal Highbury House store on Drayton Park.

Subject to space, flags and banners are allowed in the away end. These will need to be fire certificated, must not exceed one metre in height or width, and be displayed on a pole no thicker than a pencil. Arsenal reserves the right to turn banners away on grounds of offensive or political sensitive content.

There is a strict no readmission policy on matchday; there will not be an opportunity to leave and re-enter the stadium.
