Brentford host Bournemouth at Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday.
The fixture kicks off at 3pm and will not be broadcast in the UK.
Arrive early
For Saturday’s game, we strongly advise all fans get to the stadium at least 45 minutes before kick-off. This will help you to beat the queues, be in your seats in good time for the start of the game and enjoy our early bird food and drink bundles (see below).
Travel – train line disruption
Public transport
Fans should plan their journey to Gtech Community Stadium ahead of time and arrive early to avoid delays.
South West Railway will operate two trains between Waterloo and Feltham on Saturday. There will be two trains running every hour in both directions. Services will run via Staines and not terminate at Hounslow. No additional services or railway replacement buses will be in place.
From Kew Bridge, the last departure to London will be at 6.41pm and 6.22pm towards Staines and Hounslow.
TFL will not be affected by strike action on Saturday.
Parking
We advise you to take public transport or pre-book parking through our website. All matchday parking must be pre-booked ahead of the fixture. No reserved parking is available to supporters unless a space has been pre-booked.
Every seat counts
Our ‘every seat counts’ policy comes into action this season and was designed to reduce the amount of unused season tickets.
On average, there have been around 1,000 empty seats for each home game. We want to significantly reduce this number. This will help to increase the number of fans who get the chance to attend our home games and improve the atmosphere at the Gtech. Use your season ticket this match or risk losing it. If you’re unable to attend a match you can do any of the following to be deemed as ‘using’ your ticket and avoid getting a yellow card:
Transfer your ticket to another Brentford supporter
List your ticket on the ticket exchange prior to 10am on the day of the match
List your ticket on the ticket exchange after the 10am deadline so it is sold before kick-off – if it does not sell, however, you will get a yellow card

Upgrading match tickets
Tickets may be checked at turnstiles to ensure you have the correct tariff. Please make sure you are carrying ID with you to verify your tariff.
Supporters wishing to change the tariff of a concession season ticket should do so by visiting the box office at the stadium or calling 0333 005 8521.
Ticket formats for this season

Instructions on how to access your digital mobile ticket can be found below:

You’re advised to download your ticket to your device before you arrive at the stadium.

Merchandise
Our new pre-match training wear will be available at the Bees Superstore and kiosks and there will be an everything for £15 or less sale in the Fan Hive.
Bee Order – pre-order your food and drink before matchday
Our new pre-order option Bee Order is now in place.
Bee Order is a service available through the Brentford FC app that allows fans to pre-order food and drink ahead of matchdays. This technology is designed to increase the range of food and drink options available across the stadium. Using Bee Order, you can order up to 60 hours before kick-off, allowing you to plan your food and drink choices ahead of the match. Find out more about Bee Order
Food and drink offers
Find out what’s new in our food and drink offering in your stand at the stadium.
This season we will see two new technologies in place in the stadium: Bee Order and self-order screens.
