Brentford host the Premier League champions at the Gtech Community Stadium on 28 May.

Kick-off is at 4.30pm and the match will not be televised live in the UK.

Travel - plan ahead

Fans should plan their journey to the Gtech Community Stadium ahead of time and arrive early to avoid delays.

Celebrating our season

We’d like to encourage you to join us in our celebrations to mark the end of the season. Here are a few important points to note:

Please remain in the stands at the final whistle

To make the most of the celebrations, we advise fans to stay in the stands after the final whistle.

You are reminded that entering the field of play is a criminal offence and may result in a criminal conviction, football banning order and club ban.

Home areas are for home fans only

On the ticketing front, we know that demand will be high for this game but we want to make sure that home areas in the Gtech are for home fans only. This is an issue that we know is very important to you.

Please help us make it an enjoyable final day of the season by not passing your ticket to Manchester City fans.

Safe home

After the celebrations, Brentford fans should also be aware they will not be able to exit via Thomas Leyton Way at the final whistle as this will be for away fans only.

As mentioned above additional trains will be running from Kew Bridge. Find out more about making the most of celebrating our season.

No Room for Racism

Before kick-off on Sunday, we will see players from across the Premier League, including our own, take the knee as part of the No Room for Racism campaign.

It was agreed at the start of this season by the club captains that they would use significant moments of the forthcoming season to take the knee.

There is no room for racism in football or anywhere.
