The Ticket Exchange is a service we offer to Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend Sky Bet Championship home games. Season Ticket Holders can release their seat using the Ticket Exchange and that seat will be made available to other Brentford supporters to purchase once the stadium is at 90 per cent capacity. Brentford supporters then have the opportunity to purchase returned tickets online.

If the ticket is then sold, the Season Ticket Holder will benefit as they will receive a credit towards their next Season Ticket. This credit (1/23 of the cost of the Season Ticket) will only apply when the seat is sold, not when it is listed. The ticketing system has been set up to automatically make listed seats available for purchase when 90 per cent of seats for a game are sold. Season Ticket Holders are now able to register their seats on the ticket exchange for the games against Hull City, Derby County, Stoke City and Bristol City – a guide on how to do so can be found here. These seats will not become available to purchase until we have reached the 90 per cent capacity stated. All tickets placed on the exchange will be sold at the adult rate.
