Earlier this week we launched our memberships for the 2023/24 season.

If you’re yet to purchase or renew your membership, take a look at our quick tips to help you through the process.

Manage your friends and family list to renew for each other

To make sure you are in the best position to renew for your friends and family, you will need to make sure you have changed the friends and family status to ‘managed’.

Our how-to guide can help navigate you through this process. If your friend/family member does not have an email address associated to their account you will need to contact the box office on 03330058521 or email on [email protected].

Looking to renew your membership from last season?

If you were a 2022/23 Bees member, please make sure you are logging into your ticketing account to take advantage of our renew rate membership price, please see our How to Guide. You will be able to renew with the prices below which have been reserved in your account (check your account notifications), ready for you to purchase. There is no need to purchase a new membership.

Please ensure that you are renewing your membership on the manage memberships page, not buying a new one. Alternatively, click your account icon, under notifications you will see “You have membership renewals Renew now” and click renew now.

Adult membership: £40

Junior membership (ages 3-17): £15

Babees membership (ages 2 and under): £5

Memberships auto-renewals

For the 2023/24 season, we have allowed all purchasers and renewers of memberships to opt in to auto-renewals.

This means that, instead of needing to renew your membership yearly, you allow us to automatically renew your membership for you.

We will ensure to give members who opt in to auto-renewals plenty of notice before the renewal takes place and money has been taken from your account.

If you wish to stop your membership auto-renewal, you simply view the manage memberships page (view account menu > ticketing > My Bees Memberships) and untick the auto-renewals box.

Encountering age restrictions?

If you or your friend/family member have no registered date of birth, please contact the box office on 03330058521 or email on [email protected]

Creating a new account for yourself or someone else

If you’ve never had a membership and are joining us for the first time, you will need to register and create an account with an email address.

If you are creating an account for a family member, they will need their own personal email address registered to that account (regardless of age).

Email addresses cannot be assigned to more than one account.

Need some support with accessibility?

If are buying a membership and you have any accessibility needs or require a carer please complete our disability access requirement form and a member of our team will get back to you.
