After announcing that Brentford would be partnering with new ticketing platform Ticketmaster Sport earlier this year, our new ticketing system is now active for Bees fans to log into.  

The new partnership will enhance the online ticketing experience for all supporters when tickets go on sale for the 2023/2024 campaign. From 3D virtual venue, digital tickets to ticket exchange, supporters will benefit from the full range of Ticketmaster’s technologies. 

In particular, their ticket exchange was a key deciding factor in the club choosing Ticketmaster’s technology solutions. 

Brentford season ticket holders and members can now use their original login details to access the system.  

Get ready for the season ahead  

As we approach the new season, members and season ticket holders are advised to: 

1. Log in and check your account details on the platform

We use single sign-on so you can easily log on using your original account details. Once you’re in, we recommend you check your personal details to make sure everything is correct. 

2. Manage your friends and family network  

Have a look at your friends and family and make sure the details are correct. You can now also manage tickets on your friends and family’s accounts. View our 'how to’ guide.  

3. For season ticket holders – view upcoming fixtures 

Our season ticket holders can view upcoming fixtures and list their ticket on the ticket exchange for any fixtures they are unable to attend.

Other features to improve your ticketing experience, including ticket forwarding to friends and family will be rolled out in the near future. 

Fans will be contacted throughout the week reminding them how to access their Ticketmaster account and how to get ready for the season ahead.   

Please be aware that early users of the site may find it performs slowly at times. This is to be expected as the site is new and has not previously been loaded with high traffic. The speed will improve as more fans use the site.
