Brentford take on West Ham United on Friday 30 December (7.45pm kick-off).

If you are heading east for our first away fixture after the World Cup break, here is everything you need to know to ensure you are ready for your visit.

Getting to the London Stadium

London Stadium is the 66,000-capacity home to West Ham United Football Club. It is just a short walk from five stations and is well served by local bus routes.

The nearest London Underground station to London Stadium is Stratford Underground Station which is a 20-minute walk from the stadium. The stadium sits close to Westfield Stratford City where a variety of shops and restaurants are located.

Travel and transport

There is an accessible shuttle bus service on matchday for supporters who require assistance to and from the stadium from local stations. The shuttle bus will arrive at bridge four situated close to the visiting supporters' entrance with lift access available to the podium.

Stratford Underground Station is served by London Underground Jubilee and Central line, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), National Rail services operated by Greater Anglia and c2c and London Overground.

Overground services to Hackney Wick station are a 10-minute walk to London Stadium. There is no planned travel disruption on TFL services, but we recommend using the journey planner before you travel.

Help and support at London Stadium

There will be a team of Brentford FC stewards at London Stadium to help with any issues on the matchday that may arise. West Ham also have a dedicated supporter liaison officer (SLO) team who will be on hand to help any travelling supporters.

The SLOs are positioned both inside and outside the stadium, welcoming supporters as they arrive for the match and are present after the game to wish you a safe journey home. The SLOs are clearly identified by their bright blue West Ham United uniform.

Ticketing information

All away ticket collections are available at window five of the north stand ticket office, close to turnstile J.

Should you need to arrange to collect your tickets on matchday, you will need to contact the Brentford ticket office ([email protected]) in advance.

Opening hours of the north stand are from two hours before kick-off until every visiting supporter has been assisted.

Photo ID will be required to collect your ticket.

We would also like to remind fans travelling to London Stadium to observe and respect the family friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in the family friendly seating area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.

Your matchday at London Stadium

Away turnstiles at London Stadium will open 90 minutes before kick-off.

Away pubs in the local vicinity of London Stadium mainly welcome home supporters. Bees fans who are looking for a drink or bite to eat are recommended to use Westfield Stratford City.

The area outside of turnstile D (away turnstiles) is exclusively available to away supporters after the match. This zone is in place for the safety of all supporters and to enable all supporters to leave the stadium via designated walking routes to public transport hubs and the visiting supporters’ coach parking.
