Season Ticket Holders and Club Members will be receiving a brand new Brentford Card for the coming season on their door step the next two weeks. This card will have their Season Ticket or Club Membership pre-loaded as was the case last season, it will be associated with their Ticketing and Online Shop accounts via the barcode on the reverse of the card.

For Season Ticket Holders, their card will allow them access to all home Championship matches. On attending these matches and tapping in at the turnstile they will accumulate the allocated Ticket Access Points. In addition, Season Ticket Holders will also use their Brentford Card to earn Loyalty Rewards when shopping Online and in the Stadium Shop. Seat details will be printed on the reverse in order to help Season Ticket Holders easily access their seat and assist Stewards around the ground.

Club Members will continue to have home Match Tickets loaded onto their Brentford Card once purchased. Their card will also be used to help capture Loyalty Rewards once we increase access to the programme.

We’ve created one Brentford Card that is for both Season Ticket Holders and Members over the age of 10 years. Those under the age of 11 will receive their own Bee Team (3-10 years) or Babees (0-2 years) card. These cards will be valid past this season.

Season Ticket and Membership Packs will be mailed shortly, the Ticket Office would like to ask fans to be patient as it will take a few days for your pack to land. If you’ve not received your pack by the morning of Friday 31 July please do email [email protected]

Note that for home cup ties all fans will receive paper tickets. All 2014/15 Season Ticket and Club Member cards are no longer valid, please destroy these as they will not allow you entry into the Stadium.
