The digital cabinets that will make up a new perimeter advertising system at Brentford FC are now being installed. It was announced earlier this year that LED advertising would be coming to Griffin Park thanks to a partnership with digital venue specialists ADI. Works to install the system has been ongoing throughout the international break and everything will be in place before the match against Millwall on Saturday, 14 October.
All the groundworks were complete last week and electrical supply to the new system has been installed. The cabinets arrived at Griffin Park on Monday and are being installed over the next few days. They can be seen in the collection of images above. The system will be up and running for full testing in the next 24 hours.
The new perimeter system is being installed on three sides of the ground – Braemar Road, Ealing Road and Brook Road – and comes with crowd-facing display. The system will enable large brands to deliver their message to the millions of fans watching in the UK and throughout the world and the integrated crowd-facing display makes it possible for local and regional businesses to affordably reach those in the stands. The system has already enabled the Club to grow its partnership stable to 14 with Title Partner LeoVegas, alongside the Club’s other partners, set to feature prominently on the new advertising platform.
