Defender Ben Mee joined us on Friday, after agreeing a two-year contract, to discuss moving to a brand new team after a decade at Burnley.

The 32-year-old sat down with Stu Wakeford at our Jersey Road training ground for his first chat as a Bee.

"It's fantastic, I'm really pleased to be here," he said. "I'm delighted to finally get it done and get started.

"I really enjoyed watching the team [last season]. It's difficult to coming from the Championship into the Premier League and they handled themselves so well. They were a good team to watch, defensively solid but also quite exciting going forward.

"They had plenty of exciting players, good young players, and the stadium and atmosphere. Watching it on telly, it seemed like a really close-knit team and club."
