Sean Hillier joined the Women's team in the summer of 2019, reuniting with former Brentford teammate Karleigh Osborne.

He began his professional career with The Bees as an academy scholar. He made his senior debut at right-back in September 2004 in the LDV Vans Trophy at Griffin Park. Jay Tabb, Alex Rhodes and Stephen Hunt also played that day under Manager Martin Allen.

That year also saw loan spells at Welling United, Hendon and North Greenford United. He left Brentford at the end of the 04-05 season, signing for AFC Wimbledon in the Isthmian Premier Division. Another loan to North Greenford United followed, before a permanent switch to Hanwell Town.

In January 2007, he agreed a deal to join North Greenford for a third time. He helped them to the Premier Challenge Cup Final with 21 appearances and one goal. That tally doubled the following season before he left to join Chertsey Town.

His most recent spell in Non-League football was back at North Greenford. His first silverware with the team came in 2010, winning the Middlesex Senior Charity Cup alongside the Combined Counties Premier Division, in the ninth tier of English football. In 2011, he was named NGU's Player of the Year for the 10/11 campaign.

Injuries kept him away from the game for a period after that, before he made his return to United in 2017. Before that, Hillier had been on the books at New Hanford.

Sean's proudest moment in his career was starting and playing the full 90 minutes in a LDV Vans trophy match at Griffin Park for Brentford. His favourite football shirt is 2002 Portugal Home shirt. His footballing idol is R9 Ronaldo.

Off the field, Sean enjoys watching Peaky Blinders and Thor: Ragnarok. His favourite place in the world is Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka. He also got married on the beach in Sri Lanka!
