Reece came through the ranks at Jersey Road and made his professional debut as a late substitute against Nottingham Forest in March 2017. The midfielder joined Sky Bet League Two side Newport County on loan the following August, scoring once in four appearances before injury cut short his time in South Wales.
Last term Reece had spells with Yeovil Town, Maidenhead United, and Macclesfield Town. His time with The Silkmen saw him make 18 appearances, scoring a dramatic late equaliser in their derby with Crewe Alexandra, as Sol Campbell’s side avoided relegation on the final day of the season.
Brentford B Head Coach, Neil MacFarlane, said: “We would like to wish Reece all the best as he moves north of the border. Having played First Team football at Macclesfield Town last year and having been in the B Team for a number of years now, it was important to continue his development by playing First Team football. Technically Reece is a very good player who will suit the style of play under Gary Caldwell. We wish both Reece and Partick all the best moving forward”
